R to L: Ryan Plauche, Lisa Shaffer, John Starego, Matt Garcia, Frankie Faires	Ryan Plauche competed in 24kg trad. at 127 lbs. Ryan scored 0 in jerks and 6R/8L in snatches for a total score of 6.	Lisa Shaffer, host of the meet, competed in Snatch Only at 106lbs. and recorded 31r/31l reps for a ranking of Level 1.	John Starego competed in 24kg trad. at 210lbs. John scored 50 in jerks and 52R/45L in snatches for a total score of 95, ranked Level III, won best overall lifter and the Big Gaudy Ribbon.

Matt Garcia competed in 32kg Long Cycle at 260lbs and recorded 6 reps.	Frankie Faires competed in 24kg Long Cycle at 169lbs and recorded 21 reps.	I have no idea what my brother David is recommending for my blisters!	I am moving up to the 70's for Nationals!! ;o)
