Training Services Offered
In the North Texas, Dallas/Ft Worth Area
Individual one-on-one sessions:
Individual 1-1 training on basic and intermediate form from my home studio in the Southlake, TX area. The first session lasts a minimum of an hour and a half.
1-2 hour session. Group number is limited to five participants. We will work on perfecting form so you get the most out of your workout.
Group classes held in the morning. Intense weight training and cardio class in a friendly and supportive atmosphere. Please contact me for details.
Includes an initial one hour consultation to structure a workout based on your specific goals and/or talk about techniques to perfect your form plus a 30 minute follow up call.
You get a workout structured to meet your specific goals, you’ll get your questions answered and get follow ups via email for a month.
5 Hours of intense kettlebell instruction covering all the basic lifts, joint mobility warmup and cooldown, and question and answer session. Workshops for differering levels of instruction available, from Beginner to Advanced instruction and all levels in between.
