Individual one-on-one sessions:
I will meet you at a gym/park/open-area to work on form and structure a workout. The first session lasts a minimum of an hour and a half.
Group session:
1-2 hour session. Group number is limited to five participants. We will work on perfecting form so you get the most out of your workout.
Phone consultation:
Includes an initial one hour consultation to structure a workout based on your specific goals and/or talk about techniques to perfect your form plus a 30 minute follow up call.
Email consultation:
You get a workout structured to meet your specific goals, you'll get your questions answered and get follow ups via email for a month
Workshops:
5 Hours of intense kettlebell instruction covering all the basic lifts, joint
mobility warmup and cooldown, and question and answer session. Workshops for differering levels of instruction
available, from Beginner to Advanced instruction and all levels in between.
