What is NoFearFitness?
No Fear = Having Courage
No Fear = Stepping outside of your comfort zone
No Fear = Striving for excellence
No Fear = Accepting responsibility for yourself
Have Courage.
My philosophy regarding training and life is to have no fear. Fear is a powerful emotion and it holds us back. You have to be strong not only
physically but mentally and emotionally as well to overcome it. It can be done. You don't have to live your life being held back by your own fear.
You just need the courage to do it.
Step outside of your comfort zone.
We all get stuck doing the same old things over and over again because they are easy for us. You have to have the
courage to try something different or new. Whether you succeed or fail doesn't matter. Because trying something new opens your mind and you end up
with a different perspective. You never know how that might change your life.
Strive for excellence.
I'm not talking about being perfect, there is no such thing. I'm talking about doing the best you can do. Giving it your best
shot. Doing the "right" thing. It's all about the pursuit. If you strive to do the right thing on a daily basis it builds character, integrity and
makes you stronger. You can apply the same policy to your training.
Accept responsibility for yourself.
This has got to be one of the hardest things to do for many reasons. Stop making excuses and blaming others for
your failures, poor actions, short comings and mediocracy. Accepting responsibility for yourself forces you to strive to do better.
Your body and mind are capable of extraordinary things. Get outside your comfort zone and have the courage to face your
fears and conquer them. Strive to better yourself each and every day. Take pride in your accomplishments, accept responsibility for your failures
and learn from them. Get busy. Start today!
