What is a Lisa Shaffer Women’s Only Workshop?
In addition to covering all the basic drill from my open workshops, I put a fundamental focus on the specific strength and fitness needs of women.
This is a workshop for women by a woman.
Let’s face it, generic fitness routines are fine for getting into shape, but woman have specific fitness needs that need to be addressed. In my Women’s Only Workshops, I focus on the basics and incorporate several extra kettlebell drills that work the legs, hips, and abdominal regions. These exercises include:
- Dragon walk
- Walking Lunges
- KB Pass
- Push Press
- Squat Press
I also cover specifics on the muscles used in each exercise and how to structure your workouts to meet your specific goals.
The kettlebell is an excellent tool in achieving overall fitness for women. I will show you how to use it with confidence and efficiency and get you “In the Best Shape of Your Life”!

What Women are saying about Lisa Shaffer’s Women’s Only Workshops
“Lisa, I thoroughly enjoyed the class. You are an excellent teacher. I worked out yesterday (under the tree in my backyard). I took a quick look at the manual to remind myself of the tips and I felt like I did a good job. Tell Tanya thanks for the working out in the backyard tip. I would never have tried it if she had not mentioned it. Please keep me on your mailing list, because I will definately want to take other classes!”
Thanks so much.

“Lisa, I can’t tell you HOW MUCH I appreciated the time, expertise, and attention you gave to me and everyone else in the class. You are truly an inspiration and it was a pleasure to work with you. As I said in my evaluation, having Tanya there also brought another dimension to the drills and really gave me a feel for what a total body workout I can get using these incredibly effective tools!!
THANK YOU so much and I certainly hope to work with you again. Also – I LOVE your book – I’ve started using it – as you said it is very detailed but at the same time easy to use!!! Thanks again.”
“Your descriptions of how to do the excercises were very helpful and informative. It was helpful how you went around to each person to make sure everyone had correct form when doing the exercises and how you gave feedback to everyone. It was definitely obvious that you are very knowlegeable about this type of exercise.”
