Shipping and Return Policy
For returns not due to workmanship and warranty, the customer will be responsible for appropriate arrival and return shipping charges.
Books and dvd’s are shipped via USPS First Class Mail.
In the event of a manufacturing defect or damage of a product upon arrival, the customer will notify us of the issue within 7 days of receiving the product. No Fear Fitness will be responsible for all shipping charges in replacing the defective or damaged product.
No Fear Fitness does not accept returns for opened DVDs unless the product is defective. If a DVD title is defective, the customer will notify us within 7 days of receiving the item. No Fear Fitness will replace the defective DVD with the same DVD title. If the wrong title is ordered, we will extend to the customer a store credit towards the DVD product of your choice minus shipping charges. Any DVD product that is returned for credit, must be unopened and in its factory shrink-wrap. There will also be an additional shipping charge to send the new DVDs. If you have an item to return for store credit you must contact us within 7 days of purchase.
Product orders cannot be cancelled after product has been tagged for shipping. Customer agrees to pay cancellation fee for cancellation of preordered product order. Cancellation fee will vary depending on specific item ordered.
Privacy Statement
Your privacy is of great concern to me. The information that is collected by my website is used for the sole purpose of No Fear Fitness and is not sold or shared in any other way. The information collected from a customer by No Fear Fitness is used for the following purposes:
- For processing of payment and shipping of customer’s ordered product. Credit card information from website purchases is not stored anywhere within No Fear Fitness and is discarded once payment processing is completed.
- Customer address, phone, and email from customer purchases are retained for the purposes of future communication regarding the status and processing of unfulfilled orders, and may be used for future marketing communications from No Fear Fitness. Customer address and email are not shared with any other third party in any way whatsoever.
- Customer address, phone, and email from Newsletter and Email list signups are retained and may be used for marketing purposes from No Fear Fitness. Customer address and email are not shared with any other third party in any way whatsoever
If a customer chooses to have their information removed from No Fear Fitness, they may do so by requesting removal via the Contact form at the link listed below. Upon receipt of the request, all customer information will be deleted from No Fear Fitness databases within 5 business days.
